~In The Dawn Before Battle~

I've been having such a ball going through all of the amazing items from the Fantasy Gacha Carnival.  One gem in particular I found was the fur shawl from Stitched.  I am normally a bit cautious of anything fur in SL because it has been done badly so many times but not this time.  I can already see a ton of uses that I'm going to get out of it.  I did manage to beat up the Forge machine enough to get the ultra I was after.  In the end after I got finished with this look for the day I fell pretty darn bad a$$ if I do say so myself.

After finding this beautiful sim to take my picture I got to going through windlights and when I hit this one it made me feel like I was walking through a field in the early morning when everything is still quiet.  The most peaceful time of the day, it was all downhill from there....hehehe

My jaw dropped when I unpacked Aisling's latest creations for Fantasy Gacha Carnival Starting on May 4th.  The gacha will be 50L a pull and for what you get it is phenominal.  The common pieces all are scripted to change the rock, string and feather colors.  The RARE's and Ultra RARE all have control HUDS and you can literally change every part of them.  I absolutely love this entire set.

So first I should mention that the hair is the newest release from MINA thats at My Attic right now.  I also so mention that yes I know the white is not a color but the base and I'm supposed to wear the hud to color it but the white looked so nice with my outfit I left it for now :P

The cute little tube dress is Social Vintage's release for the Bodify event.  It comes in several colors as well as some leopard prints so plenty of choices for everyone's tastes.  The rest of this outfit is pulled together with some of my oldies but goodies and favorites.  I personally think its just a precious little look and am keeping it....MINE!!!!

~Last Days of Fall~

I guess I've always considered fall over when the last turkey sammich was gobbled up.  I took a couple days to be lazy and with my inventory a mess again I decided to get some work done again.  I am personally having some unseasonly odd weather so I opted for a nice warm autumn jacket and boots from Leonard.  Both of these new releases scream comfortable and warmth, and I just had to put my favorite pair of jeans on with them to get me out of the slump and moving.

~Masquerade Melancholy~

Another Saturday night themed party at the Elysion sim.  Man I love dressing up for these things, mainly because I actually get to use half of the cool stuff I have jammed into my inventory and can say "I told you I was going to need that skull mask sometime :P"  This weeks theme was a Masquerade Ball so I pulled out a beautiful MAAI gown and done it up right.

~It's a Winter Wonderland~

I grew up in a part of the country that had scenes just like this.  I can remember looking out the window and thinking just how beautiful it was and wanting to make the first impressions in the fluffy goodness.  Then when you got out there is was closer to "oh my god who the hell took the heat from the face of the earth!!!", but then you got hot cocoa and a blanket and the world was right again.

Ok enough reminiscing, the entire look was inspired by this lovely Milan coat by YASUM.  Her newest release is some of the best mesh work I have seen in awhile, and as always you will not be disappointed with the color selections and the mega hud.
