~Take A Deep Breath~

I've found myself taking a deep breath alot lately and plowing through the mountains of things handed to me.  Today is no different but it is slowing down and getting much better so I can see the light at the end of the tunnel :)

So now that I'm freed up a bit from RL I get to do what I enjoy most with my down time and work in SL :P  I have so many things I want to show you all and I'm going to I swear.  I wanted to show off this skin to start tho.  My Jake found it on MP and comes with every applier I need at least including loudmouth and WowMeh and is completely free, and normally I will just pfft a free skin but I was impressed with how beautiful it truly was.  So well worth the effort to have it sent to you even if you use it once.

I've had my Magika librarian hairdo and lil bookworm glasses new from ZOOM on for days and can't take them off because I feel cute....I'm told I look mean.  The glasses come with a color change hud so you don't have to keep them black if you don't like.  Lastly I've been going thru my folder of Thrift Store goodies and found Cynful jeans.  I have loved Cynthia's jeans for as long as I can remember and are my go to jeans no matter what.  The mesh bell bottoms are no exception with a color change belt and buckle hud, you can also change from a new to used fabric version as well.  Wonderful!!

Let me first say that I have been having a ball doing fantasy post of late, but I have not forgotten my normal looks.  Been lots going on real life so playing catch up from the last few weeks as best I can at the moment.  I did manage to sneak over to We <3 RP and spent a small fortune.  I have to be honest that I had not heard of Pixicat before the Arcade but I have purchased no less than 4 items since I found them and am completely sold on this store.  The bodice of the gown is simply divine, and you get a hud to change the skirt color as well as make it invisible if you'd like to wear without.

Aisling also out did themselves with doing two staffs for this event.  The one shown here comes with a hud as well to change all the various parts.  I have to say that Aisling always goes above and beyond with option on all their pieces and each is so intricate I don't know how they do it again and again.

We were trying out the newest chair from Trompe Loeil, which I highly recommend the adult version of by the way, and when we hit this pose I got one word from him "Mine".  Well I can't argue with him so that is what fed the picture and blog post and such :P

I now that The Men's Department catches some flack now and again for not everything being for men but the one thing I do like about the furniture makers is that they items are masculine.  I mean can you get more manly than cowhide and metal held together with pop rivets.  I think not and the gorgeous table by The Loft is a slab of beautiful grained wood.  Irregardless of the items that may show up now and again.  All I can say for sure is there is no better place to get the best new releases of men's items in one location.

When I started setting this up the movie xXx came to mind and the line "bishes come".  lol  *crawls on over*  Lots of events are starting up tomorrow.  I highly recommend the Clef de Peau skin at The Men's Dept in tone 2.  It s a nicely detailed pale skin, just delicious I swear.  Well you can see for yourself, drool worthy.  I used the pants from StormCrow, they are well made slacks that would work for the dressiest of nites out.  This is for sure a look that will have the ladies at your feet :P

New round of She & Him started up a couple of days ago and there are a ton of goodies for men hiding in there.  Obviously this look may come across as a little horny but seriously it is all under control :P.  Also wanted to remind everyone that the June round of The Men's Department is firing up and this INK hair is a must get.  It works great for men and women which surprised me and the Labyrinth skin is completely lickable.  So for all the guys that need a new skin this one is totally affordable and the perfect buy for an update.
