The Complaint ~
Imagine how excited I was when I tried on the newest release of Essences the "Song" skin. I open the package and find Tango appliers, Slink hand and feet appliers but no PhatAzz applier, but don't fret I have the previously released Lait colored PhatAzz applier.
Then enters complete and utter disappointment.
I put on other Lait colored skins and all looks fine WTH!!!! ok let me check my lighting, nope it is still jacked up. SIGHS, lets return to the store and see if there is a special applier for this skin release like she has done for other skin releases. Nope another strike out. When all else fails we contact the maker right? Yeah good luck with that, forgive the paraphrasing "Not my problem" is the response I received...(not alot of paraphrasing btw, I have not copy/pasted the actual chat due to TOS).
So my recommendation, if you want to wear this skin with PhatAzz you best have clothing on otherwise you have a great Halloween costume of a couple of ladies that have been cut in half and the wrong parts put together.
PS - my second recommendation, the skin maker should take some of the lindens she is charging for skins and hire a customer support representative.

Hi I'm one of the managers at Essences and there are new appliers for Song and one of those appliers will be for Phat azz. The older version of Lait is darker than the new song version but I'm sure Inka will have all of the appliers made for it very soon
ReplyDeleteThere's been an update regarding Song skin. But maybe you didn't know about it. You wasn't clear enough regarding your problem and I thought what you meant was the line between the mesh part and the torso. Thank you very much for the updated applier. I tried to explain myself as best I could, I was never asked to provide a photo nor show you seeing how I was standing not 30 meters from you at the time of the conversation, but all is resolved now :D
